Variations disappear when updating a product

Hi
We're running your plugin on one of our sites and we've determined that your external images plugin removes all variations of a products once you update that product.
All products are imported through WP All Import
No matter what we do, the variations are removed each time. Please can you assist

This doesn’t sound right at all – can you please visit your account area, click the Discord Invite link and come share with me your specifics.
Is it possible that you have two import jobs – one for the main product and one for variations? I would need to see the details to be able to help. I’ve never had a report like this before and External Images doesn’t actually alter products themselves – only the postmeta fields for the arrays of images.
