Scalability pro no indexing

I have installed scalability pro and my license but when I press create b tree index, is says working then complete but no indexes are created. On refresh the button says create b tree index again.

Our error messages may need updating a little. It’s most likely you are on an older version of MySQL. It needs to be MySQL 8 ideally, although 5.6 should work too depending on whether you are using InnoDB or MyISAM tables.
