Queue not executed – prices not updated

Hey there,
I've configured different times for the prices / queue to update but none of them seem to work. Searched for answers on the website and installed WP Control but I can't see the process there every 24h as it should be. May you please help?
I'm also providing access to the website.

Example: This product https://www.mibebe.com.mx/producto/precio-de-panales-huggies-supreme-etapa-1-unisex-38-unidades/ when I visited it updated but the price for the woocommerce product was not updated and when I visited the product I haad like 24+ hours prices
