      Hi

      I'd like to get a single website single year license to start for plugin pack and try to use it on one my woocommerce installation. Can I at a later time upgrade the same to multiple website/life time license for the incremental amount?

      Yes you can. There are upgrade options listed within your account area after purchase. You can upgrade by paying the difference inside the first 6 months, after that you get half of what you paid already off your upgrade.
