I keep geting the message below:

A database update is required to adjust how external image attachments are stored.

Run DB Update now

I've clicked the button and it says complete, but then the message and button returns again, i've clicked th button 3 or 4 times but it always comes back.

Hiw can i check the database changes have indeed been ran correctly? and then how do i dismoss this message from keep appearing?
